This ROSE SHIRAZ was produced from carefully selected ripe Shiraz berries from our sunlit vineyards located in one of the best wine micro-localities in Europe. Using the „saignée” technology through a short cold maceration process, a wine of much deeper colour and a richer flavour was created, a rosé to remember. It is characterized by a beautiful animated rose colour with orange tones and by a pronounced aroma of summer berries. The taste is slightly sweet, with a rounded fruity finish. The wine should be drunk within the next 3 to 5 years.
