The best vines of our sunny vineyards, where only one bunch may grow per vine, and a late harvest when the grapes are already sufficiently dried and a careful selection of berries, result in this unique and powerful wine – SYRAH After 24 months of aging in French oak barrels, an elegant and filigree Syrah is created that embodies a rich, aromatic experiences. Freshly dried grass, black olives and a hint of Arabic mint permeate its rich sweet-red taste which stays on the palate for a long time. The wine is ruby red in colour with a purple tinge. It provides a balance between mild elegance, fruity freshness, with a hint of white pepper leading to an endless finish. The wine should be drunk in the next 9 to 10 years.
