The selection of only one bunch from the best vines of our sunny vineyards and a late harvest, when the grapes are already sufficiently dried coupled with a careful selection of grapes creates this spectacular wine which is to be remembered – CUVEE SUPERIOR (MERLOT & CABERNET SAUVIGNON & SYRAH & VRANAC & CABERNET FRANC & CARMENERE). After 30 months of aging in French and American oak barrels, the wine turns an intense dark ruby colour with a purple sheen and is imbued with a rich fruity essence. It provides a remarkable balance between rich elegance, complex fruity aromas of black currant, wild cherry, red berries, and vanilla with a hint of herbs like white pepper and mint leading to an endless finish. The wine should be drunk in the next 10 to 15 years.
